Casa Yahri has 4 spacious independent rooms, a pool overlooking the town, a climate controlled jacuzzi, social areas and a beautiful garden.
THE CONCEPT
LOCATION AND ACCESS
Casa Yahri is located in Barichara, one of the most beautiful towns in Colombia, a few hours away from Bucaramanga crossing the Chicamocha Canyon.
HOW TO GET TO BARICHARA?
For clients who like road excursions and sightseeing, the first way to get to Barichara is by land from Bogotá, spending the night in Villa de Leyva on the route.
Travel time: 4 hours from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva + 4 hours from Villa de Leyva to Barichara.
The quickest way to get to Barichara is to fly directly from Bogotá to San Gil's brand-new airport, which is only 45 minutes away. Nativo Air now operates the route on Mondays and Fridays.
San Gil airport is also accessible for charters and private planes. In Colombia, private aviation is reasonable and safe. It is the simplest way to traveling from other regions of the country to Barichara. Contact us for more information.
Bucaramanga (BGA), the closest commercial airport, is 3 hours and 30 minutes from Barichara. With breathtaking views of the Chicamocha Canyon, the drive is truly epic.
The temperature is nearly constant throughout the year due to its proximity to the Equator, between 70°F (21°C) to 86°F (30°C) .
Rainfall is unlikely in this arid and dry region, yet it might happen at any time. The months of December and April are less likely to experience frequent rainfall.

Casa Yahri offers four elegant room categories, each designed to provide an unique and intimate experience while preserving the charm of Barichara's colonial architecture. Each accommodation is thoughtfully planned, with large terraces, modern amenities, and stunning views of the town, gardens, or surrounding landscapes.
Suite Chicamocha / (1) with private swimming pool
The Chicamocha suite is located on the middle floor and has a lovely private terrace. It used to be the study and library of the house, which is why furniture from the time has been preserved as part of the decoration.
We recently added a private pool with a sundeck for the exclusive use of guests staying in this Suite.
Lodging: 1 King or 2 Twin beds, plus one additional single bed for a total of 3 guests.
Junior Suite Aratoca / (1) with private terrace
The Aratoca suite is located on the upper floor, and is part of the original historic home that was built at the end of the 1800s.
The suite has a large private terrace ideal for resting, a dressing room and outdoor bathroom.
Lodging: 1 King or 2 Twin Beds, plus one additional single bed for a total of 3 guests.
Standard Guane / 2 rooms
The house has 2 adjoining and independent Standard rooms that share a terrace overlooking the natural reserve.
These rooms can be ideal for families or friends.
Lodging: 1 King or 2 Twin Beds for a total of 2 guests.

For a more intimate dining experience, a private chef can be booked to prepare a personalized dinner at Casa Yahri, featuring a menu suited to guests' preferences.
